Chairing of the ICT Expert Committee of Bangalore Chamber of Industries & Commerce. - Working on "reform" of IT Engineering Curriculum which at present is one of the biggest challenges for the Industry. Introduced the first Blockchain course in Karnataka as formal Engineering curriculum. - Creating an "Open Source Curriculum Development Framework". - Creating a Industry-Academia Marketplace for Internship, Recruitment and Innovation. - Conceptualised and implemented BCIC Inclusive Innovation - a program to identify, recognize and support Early Stage Digital innovators in Karnataka. Already endorsed and supported by the Govt of Karnataka IT&BT, S&T. Conducted BCIC Inclusive Innovation Awards 2018 as part of the BCIC Innovation Day. - Established a rhythm of continuous stream of Events - both compact and large for BCIC, engaging both Industry and Academia. - Partnered with MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) on their Inclusive Innovation Challenge 2018 and was a Jury member. Working with MIT to bring their Inclusive Innovation to India. - Partnering with Govt of Karnataka to activate all initiatives of BCIC. 1. Established from scratch and leading the ANZ Wealth Technology in India. Leadership & Accountability of People, Delivery, Supplier, Finances and Continuous Improvement. 2. Driving significant Innovation in ANZ through the institutionalization of a Contest / Innovation Framework to take ideas to implementation at scale. Conceptualized and Implemented a number of ideas including Blockchain based solutions, Microservices, Predictive Analytics/Machine Learning, ChatOps, Log Solutions (Splunk), ETL Test Automation, Deployment Automations, etc. These innovations are targeted to deliver a gain of ~AUD 1 Million YoY. 3. Leading ANZ Technology in Bangalore on it's Diversity & Inclusion agenda. Uplifted Bengaluru Technology PwD Staff strength from 0 to ~20 in 2 years and led inclusion from front putting in place a framework for inclusion in Tech [Recipient of two ANZ Star Awards]

1. Headed the Digital Services delivery team of ~150 including Web and Custom Application Delivery, Mobility, CRM, Social Media and Analytics. 2. Accountable for People, Growth, P&L and Delivery, annual ~US$ 10 mil, 400 applications, portals, sites managed. 3. Led Corbus to become the top Digital Services partner for P&G. 4. Set up the Microsoft, Social Media, Java, CMS and Mobility CoEs delivering Innovation. Conceptualised and Led the development of a reusable Web, Mobile, Social Site development framework using Teamsite, Netbiscuits and Sitecore to drive significant cost and time efficiency for P&G. 5. Led CORBUS to win a US$ 5 mil deal from P&G to deliver a Single Sign on integration solution for ~300 of its websites globally, competing against Tier-1 competitors.

1. Headed the Core Banking - Outputs and Credits Platforms within RBS as Platform Owner. Accountable for Platform planning, delivery, people, supplier management, continuous improvement of delivery and Platforms, finance and budget. Managed an annual Platform portfolio of ~£ 10 Mil. 2. Planned and led a lift and shift from UK to India to build a Platform capacity of ~120, and E2E Platform capability. Achieved instant stabilisation with no business impact during and post shift even while critical programs were transitioned midway. 3. Platform responsibilities included Workforce Planning, Delivery Assurance, Supplier Strategy and management, Business Relationships, escalation management, etc.

1. Set up a 60 Member Application Support services team from scratch in RBS India transitioning about 60 Core Banking and Trading Applications from UK to India. Achieved stabilisation within 3-6 months post transition. 2. Went onto become the first Recovery Manager from India and successfully managed numerous critical banking recoveries. Managed support of ~60 Applications in ITIL Service Delivery model. 3. Delivered GBP ~6 million NICC programme for 4 UK Banks under RBS for Regulatory Compliance as a Programme Manager and received 97% CSQ.

Architected and Delivered a complete Credit Risk Management system providing functionalities for calculation of Expected Loss using the Advanced IRB (AIRB) method, to the KBC Bank, Belgium (2nd largest Bank in Belgium). 3. Architected and delivered a complete Data Warehousing solution for Basel II compliance for Credit Risk. This is to accumulate and Aggregate data from KBC’s (global) Retail and Investment Banking Credit Products including Credit Derivatives. 4. Received Annual Excellence Award in NIIT for this and received subsequent promotion to PM. 5. Responsibilities included Client Relationship Management, Financials (P&L for the account), New Business Identification. 6. Led Pre-Sales for several new International and Domestic bids.
