Santiago has been the stand-out employee of the Quality Engineering team working on internationalization and localization certification of the Flash Pro CS6 release. He earned this distinction by way of his technical skills as well as organizational abilities, both of which were valuable assets to the Flash Pro team. This is remarkable since I was able to rely on him to assist me with very detailed preparations of a project for an outside vendor even while he was in training mode, still learning team processes and the new features in this release. Santiago's ability to prioritize his own work and to coordinate with others, enabled him to perform at a level that exceeded my expectations. In addition, the process of working on that project gave me the opportunity to learn that Santiago possesses exceptional communication skills. All communication with external partners is usually conducted by regular employees or veteran contractors, but in Santiago's case I felt confident in his abilities enough to give him free rein to communicate directly with the vendor, which he did with complete thoroughness. Most impressive however is the initiative that Santiago has demonstrated while on my team. The manner in which he has applied himself to the work required while on the Flash Pro team has lead to achieving a reputation as a reliable resource among the Quality Engineering team and more importantly, he has established credibility by means of his testing results among the Development Engineers, which can be a difficult thing to do. I'm glad that Santiago has been a part of my team for this release and I will not hesitate whatsoever in recommending him for any position he seeks knowing that he will do his utmost to succeed and will accomplish the goals that he sets for himself.
