This may involve evaluating new technologies, assessing risks and benefits, and recommending solutions that can improve efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance performance. Cybersecurity is another key area where I would provide guidance as a Non-Executive IT Advisor. I would assess the organization's cybersecurity risks and recommend measures to protect against unauthorized access, theft, or corruption of data or systems.
