I've had the pleasure of working with Simon for the last 3-4 years where I've seen him growing in his job, from a one person's team to a Manager of a Digital Team and taking more and more responsibilities. Simon started by taking care of the Linksys websites for EMEA (28 countries) and took the responsibility for the Belkin ones as well later. Aside of this important focus, Simon and his team added to their bucket the Amazon marketing tasks and the management of the Digital EMEA campaigns. I really enjoyed working with him and his team on the different projects we had. The work together on Belkin B2B marketing plan and implementation, the 50+ new Belkin Cybersecurity products launch, the different marketing B2C campaigns with Linksys or Belkin had great positive impacts on both brand awareness and sales results. Simon is very professional, driven and has a talent for project management. He has a collaborative approach and wants to understand the in and out of a digital activity with a region to make sure the approach taken will be the most impactful. He is a great data strategist and planner which is key in this role. Simon is a natural team leader and an asset to any team. His communications skills and expert knowledge are essentials - he became my Digital guru and his questions; his comments and feedback have all the time been a big help for me to adapt and improve my regional marketing and channel marketing plans. I will warmly recommend Simon to any company and I hope I will have the chance to work again with him in the future.
