Bio
Scott Mattoon
Tinjin was an indispensable member of a very talented infrastructure team, where I worked with him at Discover Brokerage / Morgan Stanley. The team was building out one of the most sophisticated networks I had seen to that point, while simultaneously running the very popular commercial online stock brokerage. Tinjin managed the operations as well as the design of a highly available, low latency network handling a large volume of stock trades. The team had absolute trust in his skills and ability to work quickly under pressure. I miss working with Tinjin. He was a pleasure to be around, at work, and outside of work.
Robert Blumen
I worked with Tinjin when he was studying for his CCIE. While holding down a very challenging full-time position as a network engineer, he invested a lot of his own time and money on travel, courses and self-study to prepare himself for the CCIE. He demonstrated a commitment to self-improvement, learning, and investing in himself to become something more and better.
