Ryan served on multiple teams for me over the course a very difficult transformation effort. This included upgrading the desktop experience for healthcare providers in a 24x7 hospital environment with hardware, software and change management components all in play. Ryan was running the teams that were hitting the 30 minute windows we were getting from the emergency department or dashing in and out of operating rooms in between procedures. It's one thing to deliver when money is on the line, it's another when lives are on the line. Ryan handled all of it with a sense of calm and focus that held him apart from his peers and ensured he stood out as a future leader for our firm. I expect Ryan will parley this valuable experience and skill set into larger roles and success in the near future. In the meantime, I'll be keeping Ryan on my "scout team", ready to work with him again as soon as the opportunity arises.
