I've had the pleasure of serving Paul Dubord as VP of IT at Verde Realty for over 4 years. It would be a challenge to list the many strengths that Paul has demonstrated over they years, but will highlight some. First, on a business level, Paul is one of the rare people that understand that in order to run an effective IT organization, you must truly know the needs of your client. Therefore, Paul thinks about the pain, the needs, and the vision of the finance organization, the business operations, and the company executives to drive and mobilize his IT organization. On an interpersonal level, my organization has engaged countless individuals to support Verde over the years. It is common for consultants to have their likes and dislikes of clients, which, in kind, reflect the level of their performance. There has not been a single instance where one of my consultants have voiced anything but positive things to say about their experience working with Paul. This explains why organizationally and individually, InterDyn will do whatever it takes to assure the satisfaction of Paul and the success of our work at Verde. On a personal level, Paul surely is among the client's that I am most committed to and someone that I have come to appreciate and enjoy as a great friend. I expect great things from his career and Verde is extremely fortunate to have him on their leadership team.
