I have had the unique privilege of working alongside John Green at Kaleidescape since at least 2009. I would do my best to write bug-free code, but John would always eventually uncover something I had missed. He is extremely detail-oriented, has a passion for doing things right the first time, and has the perfect, no-nonsense personality to counter a sometimes overconfident developer such as myself.
