Meticulous, independent, uses both sides of her brain, and she has a strong will, and a strong mind. Genuine concern for the welfare of others. A pleasure to briefly know and work with in a provincial legal aid provider in NL Canada.

Sonja Knutson, PhD

I have worked with Sarah twice on major projects related to strategic internationalization of education. The first project was for ACOA - to develop a plan for the internationalization of the education sector for the Atlantic region. Her primary and secondary research on this project was superb. I was very impressed by the results and when it came time to select a consultant for a Memorial University internationalization project, I had no hesitation to request Sarah as our researcher/consultant. The project at Memorial was a white paper on internationalization - and required extensive secondary research into past approaches at Memorial, as well as primary research: interviewing key stakeholders and gathering and compiling data. Sarah has great ability to grasp the critical concepts, to summarize and organize them into a manageable format, and to express results in clear, concise writing. She meets every deadline and is both relaxed and assertive - ensuring I felt that she had the project well under control and knew what she needed to carry out the work. She is pleasant to work with and a good communicator. I enjoyed the experience of working with Sarah on this project and hope to work with her again.
