In my role as Membership Coordinator & Club Administrator, I manage multiple club programs and special projects that include scheduling programs and addressing members' questions and concerns as well as assigning tasks to coaches and athletes. In this role, I provide orientation and technical assessments for new members of the organization ensuring effective and efficient operations.Some key achievements in this role include:• Oversee talent acquisition efforts - interview, hire, train, and onboard new coaches, verify all appropriate background checks, and track all certifications and safety trainings.• Enhance club brand awareness by implementing new technology and improving social media presence.• Key contributor to the creation of a sliding scale scholarship program for youth rowers resulting in over 10 partial and full scholarship awards as well as increased club membership.• Spearheaded the project that created a virtual log system and transitioned from a paper system to track rowers launching and returning from individualized on-water sessions. The successful project has made it safer for coaches and team members.• Played an integral part in the diversity, equality, and inclusion training helping to introduce the sport of Rowing to so many others.
