Impeccable focus, beautiful project management and empathy for all stake holders. These 3 things strike you as soon as you start working with Charlez in a team. In his role as the program manager, he ensured a team still settling in their roles remained focused on their deliverable still didn't feel uncomfortable. Has been my go to guy for assistance to solve a lot of stuff over the last few months. Holds accountability of every task assigned and takes forwards all those where he is only a team player. A very friendly guy who is very easy to jell with. He shall be an important asset for any organisation he works with and we were only lucky to know and work with him.
