Production Stage Manager - Responsible for planning in the pre-production, design integration, integrating the resources, scheduling, etc.- Coordinate all departments’ work flow and supervise the effectiveness of progress.- Collaborate with designers and maintain communication between internal and external departments.- Act as liaison between the director, and the production teams.- Facilitate and oversee the smooth operation of the production and prepare, compile, and maintain all paperwork required.- Supervise and train the stage management team in their roles and functions, delegate responsibilities.- Lead the daily rehearsal within organizing the process, tracking tasks be done productively and supervising cast members.- Responsible for taking blocking notation, prompting actors and distributing rehearsal notes and call sheets daily.- Run the technical rehearsals in collaboration with the director, designers, and the production team.- Communicate with technical departments to solve issues occurred during all phases of the production.- Call show (lighting cues, sound cues, projection cues, etc.) during the technical rehearsals and the performances.- Responsible for running the performance and compiling the report to assist in maintaining the quality of performance and technical standards throughout the run.Addition ASM/SMA: - Coordinate all departments’ work flow and supervise the effectiveness of progress. - Assist the Director in compiling character/cast information in the audition process. - Assist production stage manager to organize the production and to compile all paperwork.- Set up and assist rehearsals daily.- Act as an interface between cast members and the director during technical rehearsals.- Coordinate and oversee the backstage work including set changes, properties tracking, costume changes during the run.- Train and supervise the stage crew.
