I began as a report to the CEO as Senior Design Manager and transitioned to Head of Engineering in 2012 with responsibility for developing engineering strategy, policies, and procedures. As Head of Engineering I led centralization of management for all engineering work worldwide (100 staff) to Depa’s headquarters, oversaw delivery of Depa head offices, and represented Depa in talks with clients and prospects. This role required significant travel to southeast Asia while building a staff of 100.
