  Manages maintenance activities engaged in planning, inspecting, repairing, servicing tactical aircraft, support equipment (SE), aircrew egress systems and aircraft fuel, in-flight refueling, hydraulic, electrical and environmental systems. Inspects maintenance performed on tactical aircraft, systems, and components. Performs aircraft maintenance management functions. Inspects and evaluates aircraft maintenance activities.   Aviation Maintenance Manager (AMM)/Government Ground Representative (GGR) with the Defense Contact Management Agency (DCMA). Member of the Aviation Program Team (APT) responsible for Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 42.302(a)(56) Contract Administration and Audit Services (CAS) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 252.228-7001 Ground and Flight Risk Clause. The only 5TH Generation ACFT AMM/GGR that professionally led the APT ensuring compliance on 5 Acquisitions Category 1 (ACAT-1) programs valued at $89B. Meticulously managed the Ground Operation Procedures on F-22A, F-35, C-130J, P-3, C-5, and HH-3 contracts. Oversaw production, modification, and delivery of over 220 of these aircraft. Provided oversight of F-22A Lockheed Martin production line closure which led to 17 jets delivered foreign object and defect free to the United States military war fighter. Conducted audits on Lockheed Martin maintenance training and certification programs for over 600 flight line maintenance personnel. Conducted < 600 technical reviews on F-35 / F-22s. Performed <1K audits on Lockheed Martin’s (LM)Safety Checklist/Project Production Documents (SCL/PPD)s, process reviews, Corrective Action Plans(CAP)s, mishap, incident reports, and issued Corrective Action Request (CAR)s during findings. Led interactions and Special Improvement Activities (SIA)s with LM program managers, F-22 SPO, F-35 JPO to correct findings, lean processes, and procedures. Monitored and evaluated Lockheed Martin requirements which included, Aircraft Ground Safety, flight line and modification operations. Spotlight speaker at the International Foreign Object Damage (FOD) conference for over 20 foreign and national companies, government agencies and 300 plus personnel.
