Lydia was my project manager at About.com for a very important and time sensitive project. She is exceptional in the way that she can keep a team and project on course by being incredibly supportive to each team member and empathetic to their individual needs. She can diffuse arguments and resolve conflicts within a team with tact. I think this is because Lydia is a incredibly kind person, and her kindness has earned her the trust of everyone on the team. She is just a very positive person that can lift the spirit and moral of a team. I highly recommend Lydia for any leadership positions, and would definitely want to work with her again.
