Tarig A. Hassan, Ph.D.

It is my pleasure to write this recommendation for Ali. We have worked together in the same lab during his tenure at Tuskegee University. I found him very knowledgeable researcher, especially in materials processing, failure analysis, thermal analysis and materials characterization. In his research, he has shown his outstanding capabilities in both theoretical and experimental work. I am confident that he will be a great asset for any organization with his exceptional experience and knowledge. I wish him great success in his future endeavors.

I knew Mr. Ali as a graduate student in Materials Science and as a Teaching Assistant at University of Alabama. He is knowledgeable and skillful in Synthesis, Characterization, Phase Diagrams, and Thermodynamic and Thermoelectic Properties studies of materials, especially in techniques such as Sintering, XRD, XRD, SEM, and EDS. He also supported me as a Co-TA in Lab Courses in Dept. of Materials and Metallurgical Engineering while I was at UA. Overall, he is soft spoken, approachable and nice to the students and fellow Co-TAs in the department and has amicable and approachable personality.
