Other notable new features which I had to develop, design and provide training sessions plus documentation to our Client include a Crew Timesheet's Module, Microsoft Azure integration for secure login, and a bidirectional Messaging system between the Clevest iOS app and the Host Dispatching software. » Provided multiple onsite Training sessions to high level executives, IT staff, Operational Managers, Accounting employees and Field Technicians with personalized multimedia material that I produced for this specific implementation process.
