Carey has a calling: he helps, counsels, guides, and inspires others to be their best selves during times of career uncertainty and job transition. His delivery is calm, measured, upbeat; he is patient in temperament and clear in his explanations. I consider myself fortunate to be one of his clients and recommend him enthusiastically.
Brent Ibata PhD, JD, MPH, FACHE
An essential ingredient to a successful culture of innovation is improvisational ideation. Few people realize that improvisational ideation finds its roots at the Hull House in Chicago with Viola Spolin and Neva Boyd; with Spolin teaching theater games and Boyd teaching playground games. Carey Goldenberg is one of those few people who truly understand (and can teach) the origins of play and game theory in group work. In fact, Carey introduced me to both Spolin's work (Improvisation for the Theater) and Boyd (Handbook of Recreational Games) which are still among my go-to resources when designing workshops for innovation, improvisation, or creativity.
