Jerry Stoffer, residential real estate specialist, is the "The Real Estate Doctor". An editor on the Navy Training Center previously in Orlando, Florida called Jerry "The Real Estate Doctor" and it was a perfect marketing idea so Jerry applied for and acquired this trade mark. Jerry is a doctor! He earned a PH.D in psychology before becoming an officer in the Navy. A few have asked Jerry how he uses his education in real estate. He replies that the process of buying or selling a home is very psychological and people enjoy Jerry's relaxed friendly approach to a very stressful process. He loves to tell jokes, tell stories, and talk about religion - all the things you are not supposed to do in sales. But, he is also the Henry Kissinger of negotiations, and with two masters degrees in business, you will be well represented. Call Jerry today at 407 312 5533 to set up a no obligation consultation. • Staging Specialist - Irene Stoffer
      • Jan 1983 - Present

Staging a home is one of the first important responsibilities I have after a client hires me to sell their home. My staging eye starts looking at the home when I drive down the street and then park in the driveway outside the home. What is the curb appeal? Does it need to be improved. Then I walk up to the front door and before I even go in the home I get another first impression and I can tell before I walk inside how the home will show on the inside. I go from room to room and assist the seller in preparing their home for the market. I try to explain to them that the home doesn't actually belong to them in a way; because now it belongs to the market place and we need to get the home ready for the market place. I have had 30 years experience helping sellers to stage their homes. Most people do not get their feelings hurt; but it happens occasionally even though I try not to hurt their feelings. Staging a home is included in my services that I provide to seller clients. Staging a home calls for many judgment calls and sellers need help deciding what is needed and what is not, how much to spend, and what to prioritize. Show less
