Projects included: • Transformation of Identity & Access management (I&AM) landscape at a financial services provider. I fulfilled the role of Change lead/PM. The scope of the project included the following components: Change management during the entire process; Supporting the entire procurement process for selecting a new I&AM system; Designing a “high level” I&AM design and architecture (with regard to system and tooling); Redesign of the authorization management model (including processes, risk & controls and roles & responsibilities); Drawing up the action plan for implementation and actual technical implementation of the new tooling and the business implementation of the related processes. • Business Transformation and ERP implementation at a Dutch Telecom provider. The program consisted of the transformation of the clients’ Finance, Procurement, HR and Supply Chain functions. I was responsible for establishing the management information requirements with the business and documentation of the defined KPI’s in the To-Be KPI Repository as the foundation for Thin Ledger and the Enterprise data model. • Improving Project control of large Dutch energy provider. • Responsible for coordinating and improving the Account management process for the Finance accounts of our suite (Finance & Business Services).
