  • Security & Cleaning robot: Designed and developed a standalone security module for cleaning robots, based on PyTorch and modified Yolo architecture to improve FPS and reduce power consumption; with a 86% mAP over 42 classes integrated with ROS. It mainly involves object classification, categorization, and human pose estimation to classify humans as suspicious/ lying down.• SMART clean: A deep learning model based on image segmentation, FRCNN and IR image segmentation to detect undesired substances that the robot cannot clean to improve the efficiency of cleaning by 6%.• Asset Inspection: Object detection and recognition with some preprocessing based on feature extraction, tracking and MobileNet SSD V2 for asset inspection for a ROS (robotics framework) to achieve 73% mAP @50%IoU.• Fire detection system: Fire detection from an RGB camera using FireNet as well as feature extraction on a model to recognize the optical flow of fire.• Evaluated and improvised DNN models on error analysis & cost.
