Operational planning at MN Management and Budget in the Enterprise Communications and Planning Division. In short, I help preserve the essential elements of government for the people of Minnesota.My primary functions include:- Continuity of Operations Coordinator (COOP): plan for the survivability of the agency and the sustainability of the agency's programs- Emergency Preparedness and Response Coordinator (EPRC): support MMB's responsibilities under the Minnesota Emergency Operations Plan (MEOP)- Safety committee chair: facilitate agency-wide continual improvement for employee health and wellbeing- Statewide Contingency Response Team (SCRT): provide analysis and support as MMB serves its customers across the enterprise during statewide incidents (such as COVID-19 and lapses in federal funding)- Special projects: planning and project management including areas such as workplace violence prevention and response, enterprise emergency notification systems, flu vaccine clinics, and the FutureCOOP workgroup Show less
