Jessica, is a hands-on and approachable leader and mentor. She's always observing the agents in her area, that are standing out doing the best they can, and perhaps those are needing a helping hand. She doesn't defer work to others, she takes items on herself, delegates to those more appropriate for solution, and manages her time like a rock-star. I have so much respect for Jessica, I'm hoping I'm nailing all of her amazing attributes, because I know how hard it is, to be "THERE" for so many agents. I can only begin to imagine how many folks she helps daily, via text, message, email, and still putting on teaching sessions for all of her agents to grow and have the opportunity to improve themselves. She is an out-of-the-box thinker and recognizes each problem being unique with a unique solution. She is a gem to have with our company.
