Leisure Networks is a provider of disability support services registered under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to provide community members with assistance in pursuing opportunities for professional and personal goals.Currently leading the Finance Team through the Salesforce implementation spanning 50 team members in addition to collaborating with the NDIA to integrate API software to ensure the business can access the NDIA’s software for client needs. This included testing, configuring, and rolling out go-live upgrades and implementations for systems.• Facilitated strategic and corporate planning with leadership groups whilst collaborating with wider business units to facilitate knowledge and experience sharing to drive performance improvement.• Developed training materials and plans to facilitate and support training across all LN Systems for organisation-wide end-users, and reviewing and reporting on performance outcomes.• Developed and implemented Leisure Network Technology Usage Standards and Guidelines as supporting manuals for end-users.• Collaborated with project management and IT teams to scope, budget, and plan continuous improvement initiatives for Leisure Networks Systems, both legacy and new.
