Created commercial campaigns and supporting tools, e.g. sales presentations, video recordings, case-studies white papers, press articles, catalogues, webinars, product trainings and speaking at conferences. • Ensured product compliance in highly regulated pharmaceutical, biotech and food markets, e.g. according to US FDA (Food and Drug Administration), 3A Sanitary Standard, United States Pharmacopeia (USP), European and Chinese Food Contact regulations. Ensured compliance to cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and created quality- and supply agreements. Worked closely with internal and external laboratories, universities, and research institutes. • Leadership responsibility for Application Engineering Europe. Experience leading international project teams of chemical-, mechanical- and R&D engineers and sales managers - Across departments, business units and divisions. • Investment responsibility for procurement of critical manufacturing equipment.
