As well as my Lead Web Dev work, I now manage a team of web developers to help maintain and improve our suite of websites, internal systems, user portals and web based applications. I work closely with other department heads to find ways to improve our online services and reduce time and cost for every day administration. I manage our development task board and have tied it in with BitBucket and Jenkins for CI/CD, along with Sonar Cloud and Snyk for code security and quality.

I work closely with a number of teams in the group, delivering more efficient online solutions for their aspects of the business. I also maintain and develop for our commerical vetting checks online business. I was hired to redevelop and design the company's existing website, to provide continued maintenance and also increase the website's visitor numbers. During my time at the company the visitors increased four-fold to 2000 daily visitors. I continued to maintain the core functionality and code of the website through DSA Media until mid 2015 when we held over the maintenance to a larger development agency due to the increasing requirements and dedication that the site required.
