Working with Roseann at CU Denver was a real pleasure. Throughout the years as colleagues we coordinated events and programming. In working together I saw Roseann's commitment to the organization, the mission, and its stakeholders on a daily basis. Roseann came to our team at the perfect time. We were struggling to manage our team's intake process and workload. From Roseann's first day, she came in and took control of our ad hoc workflow. Due directly to her great ability to multi-task and manage professional relationships across DaVita, we have been able to move from struggling with 30 moderate requests per week to now, less than a year later, 50-80 complex requests on a weekly basis. Roseann's professionalism is shown when we need to redirect or deny a request. She is easily able to say no when needed, with very straightforward rationale, as well as work to negotiate requests when needed. I have had the opportunity to partner with Roseann on a number of projects. Her ability to translate project results or requests to key stakeholders in "their terms" is a key asset to our team's success. Roseann is someone that I regularly go to for advice on how to improve the verbiage on presentations or emails.
