I have had the pleasure of working with Ryan at GWU's Graduate School of Political Management for several years now. As the Program Director of the Master's in Strategic PR, I have directly benefited from her hard work and dedication to finding, recruiting and supporting hundreds of outstanding grad students for our program. She is a tireless worker, a strong advocate and a great colleague and we are lucky to have her on our ream. Her educational background is outstanding and she has gained great experiences along the way that she leverages for the benefit of her colleagues and our students. On a personal level, she is a warm and generous person and a great colleague. I have worked closely with Ryan in my capacity as the Marketing Director for the last 3 years. She is a consummate team player who approaches her work with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a sense of humor. We share a competitive streak, and it was never more evident then when all of our marketing and recruitment operations moved virtually. Through 2020, Ryan's customer service skills and professionalism were instrumental to GSPM meeting or exceeding enrollment goals for 3 consecutive semesters, in addition to previous enrollment cycles.
