As the Senior Director of Programs at Clery Center I project manage our outward facing education programs, resource development and member services aligning their goals with our organizational mission and values. I am a national speaker and trainer on the Clery Act, a federal campus safety law, and provide subject matter expertise on the law's requirements and implementation to higher education law enforcement, administrators, and attorneys. I analyze higher education policies and procedures from a risk-management lens for alignment with Clery Act and Title IX requirements and deliver technical assistance through the Department of Justice's Office on Violence Against Women's Campus Grant Program. I hire, train, supervise, and evaluate our Programs team staff, secure strategic partnerships with external stakeholders to support organizational growth, and envision new platforms and programs to amplify our values-driven mission of creating safer campus for all people.
