  NetWorkS! is a polish jv (Deutsche Telekom and France Telecom) made to build and maintenance cellular networks of both participants (T-Mobile and Orange). Experienced Team Manager in all "field" activities (fault management; new equipment acceptance, testing, commisionning; installation for key-customers etc.) in north-western region of Poland. Managing a dispersed team (4 outlets - 15 employees) and group of subcontractors and vendor coordinated teams. Controling of network development, KPI's and target realization.
