Rich has a great understanding of safety culture and has demonstrated leadership in implemention of safety programs in the high energy research laborories effectively. I have worked with him and seen his leadership in action to ensure a strong safety culture is developed and maintained in this potentially hazardous area. He understands government regulations and is effective at interpreting and implementing requirements with his team. It has been a pleasure to work with Rich over the years.

Having worked with Rich for 17 years I can say that I have observed his actions in many different situations. Rich can be counted on to provide strong leadership in operations management to include P/L, safety and environmental, client relationship management as well as strategy development and implementation. I greatly enjoyed my time working with Rich and always appreciated his common sense approach to very tough obstacles. I highly recommend his leadership and management qualities.
