Shutdown & Installation of 48" pipework, scrubbers, compressors and turbines. Ensure all activities are planned and managed effectively and efficiently to ensure the piping fabrication and mechanical installation works are performed in a smooth continuous process and that any potential blockers are addressed ahead of time. Manage Health & Safety on site including tool box talks, start of shift briefs and chair daily HASOP meetings. Carry out field survey audits to ensure SSOW and take action where required. Produce & Review risk assessments / method statements & test packs. Putting together work packs and oversee installation is to correct drawing & spec. Managing interfaces between other disciplines / insulation / civil / structural / scaffolding / electrical & client works. Ensure plant & equipment is used in the most effective & efficient manner. Produce & issue quality control documents, punch lists and follow through to sign off. Keep and maintain photographic records and write daily / weekly reports. Assist PM with ITP's on all equipment and packages. Produce and manage 2 week look ahead. Organise and issue permits. Assist with testing / commissioning and handover.
