I worked with Clemence in Haiti, post earthquake. She was an impressive team player, both in management and project-specific teams, and she would always actively participate in meetings and come with insightful recommendations. Clemence is a versatile and participatory manager who you can always trust to make the right decisions, whether it comes to budget management or project implementation. Clemence is full of initiative and eager to take on a challenge (which Haiti was full of), and combined with her noticeable competence, you can feel confident that even the most difficult tasks will get gone in time. I was particularly impressed by the way she handled difficult partners and turned around their sub par performance.

I have know and worked with Clémence for many years; working with her on international consulting assignments as well as in our Head Office. Clémence meets deadlines, puts personal commitment to each assignment, applies her knowledge and experience in an engaging way, and is a real pleasure to work with at the personal level too. Clémence is proactive and makes a great addition to a team; as well as being self-motivated and tenacious. Clemence completed all her assignments on time and brought a creative touch when appropriate. I would highly recommend her.
