Faith (Sissy) Newell is a great leader. I have observed her leadership both in the classroom and as the director of the Mental Health Association in Wayne County. She is a true motivator. I have watched her move students with little to no motivation to the hieights of tremendous enthusiasm. She teaches young people to take more responsibility for their own learning. She generates enthusiasm in the community with her ability to communicate. She was a very successful Director of the Mental Health Association in Wayne County.
