Public and Private Grant applications and reporting • Manage the organization’s grant calendar including submission and reporting deadlines. • Manage all aspects of the grant application process for public and private grantors. • Write and edits grant proposals, including the assembly of all proposal attachments and supporting materials, correspondences with funder and grant reports • Work with appropriate program and administrative staff to obtain all necessary information on programs for inclusion in grant proposals and funder reports to execute application and reporting processes. • Manage grant files, including electronic and hard copy files, of all applications and correspondence. Donor Relations • Support Director of Development & Communications in donor relationship management of grant funders • Conduct prospect research to identify and solicit new sources of public, corporate and foundation funding and opportunities. • Manage relationships with selected donors
