I had the pleasure of supervising Molly in her role as Peer Career Specialist at the University of Missouri. She is truly remarkable. Molly is professional, intelligent, empathetic and extremely organized. All of these skills are a must when working in career services. Half way through my time with Molly, I transferred to St. Louis and left Molly working independently on projects with only virtual check-ins. She continuously met all project deadlines and excelled in her role without my daily supervision. Without her dedication, our office and the services we provided to over 2,000 students would have crumbled. She essentially was the face of the office after my leave. The responsibility she continues to have in this position far exceeds the normal level for a student employee and she does it with ease. Big things await Molly.
