I also facilitated process training while motivating staff, building rapport, and removing barriers. Moreover, I engaged with 175 employees on a fapiao legal receipt program to enhance capacity to reclaim expenses and tax exemptions, and I concluded the project a year earlier, strengthened organizational knowledge, and generated marketing campaigns.
