Fui liderada pela Mari por um pouco mais de um ano. Durante esse tempo, tive o prazer de conviver com uma pessoa de muita energia e que sabe como usar essa energia para motivar a equipe e resolver problemas do dia a dia. A Mari é um exemplo de liderança humana e acolhedora, que ao mesmo tempo em que consegue apoiar o time como líder, também se preocupa em guiar as pessoas para entregar resultados e gerar valor para o negócio. Trabalhar com ela é uma felicidade para qualquer pessoa, pois ela está sempre de bom humor e pronta para ajudar. Ela é comunicativa e consegue se aproximar fácil dos stakeholders, o que facilita muito o trabalho da equipe e a ajuda a ter um senso forte de priorização. Destaco também a sua resolução criativa de problemas, capacidade de adaptação e competência para fazer coisas de grande impacto.
