What a lucky day for me meeting Cheryl Penry - Legal Love Letters. Cheryl totally exceeded my expectations and was a delight to deal with from our very first consultation, right up to final legal documents. I cannot give her a higher recommendation. Thank You.

I have referred family and clients to Cheryl, all of whom have nothing but praise for Cheryl as her approach is both professional and friendly. Cheryl is knowledgeable and puts clients at ease, making the will writing process stress free. Cheryl also takes the time to visit client's personally at a convenient time.

Cheryl provides a really top quality service. She is very knowledageable about how best to set up a will and the detail around that and she can quickly take you through what you need/think you need, through decision-making and right to the finished article. She is very flexible, easy to talk to, knowledgeable and discreet. I have been very happy with the service she has provided and I have no hesitation in recommending her - she provides a first class service.

Legal Love Letters™ Legal Love Letters™ is the new branding style of WillandProbate.com and exists mainly with the aim of creating an pleasant shift in the way we feel about wills and what we are *really* saying when we write one. I work closely with my clients to create a clear plan that succeeds for everyone involved in terms of love as well as legacy. Although they are practical legal documents, when you think it through, writing a will is also very much about the people and causes we feel affection for. Would you leave what you have worked hard for to somebody you dislike? Probably not. With this in mind I think it's pretty safe to say that they aren't just about the money, they're more about love and appreciation: a Legal Love Letter. Doesn't that feel nicer already? So.... Who do you love? 💌 ______________________________________ As a legacy professional for over 20 years, I've worked with families who have wills in place as well as families without them and I can not emphasise enough the importance of arranging this part of your financials properly. I've no idea why people in my industry and magazines like Which are still promoting basic mirror wills in this day and age, The structure is so utterly out dated and doesn't work fairly for a majority of couples whether married or unmarried. In my opinion, basic mirror wills are not fit for purpose in today's modern world and people are being effectively guided towards having their children or families disinherited. This mis-information is on such a scale, I would bet that in the future, will writers and solicitors will be called to account over it on the scale of PPI claims. #whodoyoulove #legacy #legacyletters #education #willandprobate Show less

Surgical Industry - Research, development and design of surgical instruments and related products from concept through to production. This included the very first mobility scooter long before it became the success it is today. The first prototypes made over 30 years ago, had a shedload of car batteries on the back and toppled over going up kerbs! I loved this particular project. HVAC - A great mixture of working on site and on the drawing board - contracted to various companies over a number of years. The old pen and ink drawings we used to do were superseded by autoCAD. Yes, I am that much of a dinosaur :) The last project I worked on was one of the plant rooms for the Channel Tunnel before it was completed. Show less

Comissioned to produce individual drawings of each and all of the National Trust sites in England and Scotland for use in the National Trust Passports which their visitors, supporters and fans still use to this day. I still get a kick out of knowing that thousands of nature enthusiasts around the country are carrying passports with my work in and am proud to have been part of such a great project. Initially employed as a junior draughtsman and moved quickly into Research & Development of surgical instruments and equipment whilst studying Mechanical Enginnering at Carshalton College. It was extremely interesting work and projects I was involved with included the very first mobility scooters and also the Huckstep Jig which was revolutionary at the time in the repair of shattered bones - both of these aids now widely used around the world today. I loved it. As part of my job, I also produced hundreds of technical specification drawings for the archive of historical and superseded surgical instruments. Show less
