Marc has always been positive & proactive in finding logical solutions to my sometimes-illogical requests. Projects have always been completed to expected time scale and budget. Functionally Marc’s output always met my requirements, and technically the solutions implemented are still in daily use and I have no recollection of any operational failures.

Led the redevelopment of a new ecommerce site, integrated with the new ePos system (Microsoft RMS Dynamics) and social platforms (Facebook, Twitter). Acted as guardian of the pre-existing company brand, formalising usage by creating a design style guideline and creating related sub-brands.
