To make it short and sweet, Harrison was inspiring for me. You see the posts all the time on here saying "don't be a boss, be a leader." That phrase is easier said than done, but Harrison Stone did it better than anyone. Whenever the word "leader" comes to mind for me, Harrison does too. When I struggled, Harrison stepped in and guided me. When I had ideas, he told me how I could improve and implement them in better ways than I could have thought. When times were stressful, he always had a cool head. The one thing that stood out to me greater than anything else was Harrison's professionalism. When it was time to step up, everyone in the office could look towards Harrison knowing he set the bar every day he was there. Emulating his work ethic, conduct in the office, and his desire to know more and improve on his craft has only made me better and taught me without Harrison having to really teach. Thank you Harrison for all you did for my professional career.

Harrison is one of the sharpest guys you'll meet. He has the gift of being able to sort through the clutter of challenges surrounding core objectives, then finding the most direct path to root causes where no-nonsense remedies can be applied. Our teams worked together frequently on some of the most complex projects. While it was not uncommon to feel like our teams had competing priorities at times, his like-minded approach to problem solving and steadfast work ethic always made those interactions pleasant, professional, and productive. If you don't have Harrison on your team, you're missing out.
