Vanessa is an incredible addition to any team. At Docker, she quickly made herself indispensable to the dev rel and events team - running the speakers program for our user conference - and then expanding her scope from there. She is hyper organized, diligent, and extremely efficient. She picks up new projects quickly and not only executes, but makes them better. I wholeheartedly recommend Vanessa - and like me and my colleagues - once you've had the opportunity to work with her you will quickly wonder what you did without her!

Vanessa is one of the most organized, detail oriented and professional individuals I have had the pleasure to work with. She came to Docker to manage our robust content program for our annual user conference, DockerCon, coordinating logistics, rehearsals and presentations for over one hundred speakers. In this role she excelled in relationship building both internally at Docker and externally within our community of users and top customers. From there, Vanessa grew into project management roles for other key programs around attendee experiences such as Docker Hallway Track and Docker Pals. Working with Vanessa came with trust knowing she owned a program from beginning to end of an event, then optimizing for the next iteration. I'm so proud of the programs and heart she puts into each project. Any team/company would be lucky to have Vanessa on their side!
