In his new role, Schlesener will develop and implement group sales and marketing strategies that accelerate profitable growth. Schlesener has been with Gemini Group since 2007 and has been crucial to the group’s continued growth and expansion. Since joining Gemini Group, he has built top-performing sales and marketing teams and expanded relationships with hundreds of customers while leading with integrity, a core value in Gemini Group’s culture. “I am honored to take on this new role and excited to work with our team as we continue to expand our reach and delight our customers with excellent operational performance and innovative solutions,” said Schlesener. When he began working for Gemini Group, Schlesener focused on growing sales for engineered plastic products for interior, seating, safety, sealing and structural applications. With a successful track record leading sales on the plastics side, Schlesener’s responsibilities expanded to lead sales for Gemini’s tooling solutions, including forge tooling and high-pressure die cast tooling. Schlesener earned an MBA, with distinction, from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad Graduate School of Management. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Cedarville University in Ohio.
