Mieke Weegels
Eveline worked 4,5 years as a user experience researcher in my team, working on various new services and innovation projects in the Beauty business. With her can-do mindset she is not afraid to go beyond her role and comfort zone. The projects of IJsfontein have objectives ranging from creating awareness to education and from training to educational entertainment, always with a focus on Playful Learning. This can be a serious game as a training tool for (medical) staff, interactive exhibits and apps for museums or a cross platform digital method for primary education. My job at IJsfontein was to work on a diversity of projects and evaluate how to optimise their projects by involving the user more into their design processes. My tasks; asses and improve the usability, generate concepts, create the content, test products, organised user tests, create tools to create more empathy with the user for the client and project team. I worked on a variety of jobs in their workshop. I was involved in administration and the preparing of jobs for others in the workshop. I did a number of finishing, preparing and assembly jobs, I also made silicon moulds of parts. I was involved in the preparation of an exhibition for a Sales Conference which involved building the stand, dismantling and then installing at the Sales venue.
