Bio
Christopher Schaefbauer
Coralie and I worked closely together at Pinterest on a number of growth related projects. Coralie is an amazing design partner. She actively engages in the process of understanding user problems through research, experimentation, and her strong design expertise and intuition. She grounds her work in user needs and advocates for addressing meaningful user problems. During research, she is hands on - helping define research objectives, developing prototypes for testing, and showing up to observe research sessions first hand. After research, she continues to be involved, both in addressing short-term fixes, as well as in leveraging insights for long-term strategy. For example, we partnered together to leverage insights to map out user problems through a major flow of our product, We used the exercise to identify holistic improvements and inform the product team's strategy.

Coralie and I worked on the advertiser growth team at Pinterest for a few years. Coralie consistently goes above and beyond the product design role and quickly became my thought partner. At the time, the advertiser growth team was a newly formed team; Coralie helped shape the strategic roadmap by taking a multi-faceted approach to understand our customers. She did this by conducting qualitative research, building out customer personas and used data-driven methods to truly understand the customer pain points. She was always the voice of the customer (SMBs) and ensured we had solid problem statements before tackling projects. Her design process and delivery was very detail oriented, thoughtful, methodological, and ultimately structured in a way that delivered results. Working with Coralie was an extremely positive and enjoyable experience. I've been inspired by her creative thinking and rigor and I would love to work with her again.
