Nothing has changed but her knowledge, which has grown substantially with her experience in this industry. As a member of the RCA regional planning committee we were able to work hand in hand on several projects including a Regional Olive Oil Tasting, and a Student Culinary Competition hosted by Drexel University in Philadelphia. Jessica's deft management of the committee quickly turned our region into one of the most active in the Research Chefs association. She has become a valuable resource for creative and marketing insight, as well as a dear friend over the years we have know each other.
