We in the Land ID department worked on a tender with SANRAL where we had to source and research all information of provincial roads in certain provinces. This included the following duties. • Research of rural properties with regards to ownership, title deeds, cadastral information, endorsements on the properties and all other historic information on the properties concerned – this is needed for SANRAL’s purpose of obtaining ownership of provincial roads. • Create and edit Excel spreadsheets for each section of a route and capture data of relevant document information of properties. • Travelling with the team to various provincial government offices to gather old provincial files and documents needed to complete new projects – reading through files to access which information is needed to complete projects. • Open physical case files for each property and creating a digital file format on Company Cloud Server.
