During that time Michael and I spent much time together working in a team on various projects along with daily lecture attendance. Michael had an excellent attendance record, was always punctual and completely committed to each project we had to do. He has a great attitude, is a hard-worker who puts the effort in and goes above and beyond to ensure maximum input and output. He takes great pride in his work and this to me is a huge attribute in any person. He goes above and beyond to educate himself on the topic at hand and to pass his knowledge onto others. As a Student on the Civil Engineering Degree course, I was the Dissertation supervisor assigned to assist Michael. My role was to provide guidance and feedback throughout the research process and through to the final production of the Dissertation. I always found Michael to be diligent in his work, open to feedback and proactive in getting his work done in a timely manner.
