  DW Retaildesign is a company who makes and develops interiors for various shops, both big and small. I started as a production scheduler. In this function I had contacts with customers about deliverytimes. Scheduled and charged production for on time delivery. After a view years I also became production chef for the metal department. The department existed of 25 people and was devided in welding, sawing and platework. I had to make a long term production plan and schedule the work for every single person. The last half year I worked as a project leader, in which function I had to make drawings for production, make production recipes, arrange outsourcing and control the projects on location. In this time I was also a core user for the implementation and continious improvements, for which I did some programming, for the ERP-system ISAH7.
