      The specific purpose of the Corporation shall include without limitation to promote a safe and inclusive San Gabriel Valley for people of all sexual orientations and gender identities. Our goal is to foster respect for individuals, advocacy, education, and resources that encourage cultural diversity, healthy living, and full achievement of personal potential. The San Gabriel Valley LGBTQ Center is a primary change agent working to increase the visibility of the San Gabriel Valley LGBTQ community within the general population, increase interconnection amongst the San Gabriel Valley LGBTQ community, and to increase locally available and culturally competent programs and services; with a focus on TGI* individuals, recent immigrants who identify as LGBTQ, and LGBTQ Seniors.

      Zumba con Camila is a movement-based practice that is rooted in healing the heart through dance. Through Zumba, Camila (she/her/ella) integrates a dialogue around body positivity and heart-healing that comes from a need to be accessible for all. Zumba is a dance fitness party! Each class combines all elements of movement - such as cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility! Through low-intensity and high-intensity interval moves every moment is designed to bring us together & enjoy some music! Learning Objectives:1. Community building through a movement-based practice. 2. Learn the basic rhythms of Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia and Reggaeton! 3. Led by an LGBTQ+, Body-Positive Instructor!4.
